Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancelling the reservation date, the consumer is obligated to notify through this platform two weeks prior to the date. In the event of paying the full amount and cancelling the date, this platform will deduct the deposit provided and return the remainder of the amount to him/ her, and if the consumer notifies the platform within a period of less than two weeks from the date of reservation, nothing of the paid amount is refunded, and in all cases the value of the deposit is not refunded. In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the company or the consumer, they will be notified by e-mail or SMS. In the event of non-compliance, this platform has the right to cancel your order and reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed and unproved accounts, operations or accounts that have been inactive for a long time. Further, this platform has the right to suspend and cancel the membership of any user or restrict his/ her access to this platform at any time and without prior notice and for any reason it deems inconsistent with this agreement.
